As a therapeutic approach, Dialectical Behavior Therapy interests me. Beyond that, I find it to be a very practical and versatile therapy. Depending on client needs, it can be delivered with handbook-assisted high-fidelity, or loosened and bent to the requirements of the mood of a particular session.
